Delivery

• Order shipping is carried out by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
• Delivery of orders is carried out only to Nova Poshta places, or to the address. When you receive your order, please check the integrity of your product with a delivery service representative. If you find any problems with the order, you can contact the delivery service. Only if these actions are followed is monetary compensation for your order possible.
• If you can't check the integrity of the product in your order together with a representative of Nova Poshta, delivery to post offices is not carried out.
• Orders are sent out within 1-5 days after registration.
• When ordering from 2000 UAH, delivery is free.

Payment

• Payment transfer to a bank account.

After placing the order, the manager will contact you and send you an invoice for payment in a convenient way. After receiving the funds on the account, your order will be sent to you according to the specified banking details. Please note that there may be a commission from your bank. If the order is canceled, the manager will make a refund within 30 days.

• Cash upon receipt of the goods at the Nova Poshta post.
